Martin Colley | Co-Founder
As Co-Founder of MJR Associates, I bring over 25 years of international experience in wealth management, business development, and team leadership, supporting individuals and organisations in structuring their global mobility and long-term growth strategies.
Based in Prague, I work closely with high-net-worth international clients, entrepreneurs, investors, and families seeking European residency solutions aligned with their broader financial and lifestyle objectives. My approach is holistic, combining strategic insight into EU residency pathways with a clear understanding of cross-border financial considerations, relocation planning, and long-term international positioning.
My professional background spans traditional financial institutions, international market expansion, and emerging technologies, including Web3 and blockchain, giving me a broad and forward-looking perspective on global opportunity and risk.
At MJR Associates, my focus is on delivering clarity, structure, and confidence to clients navigating complex international decisions, ensuring each strategy is practical, compliant, and aligned with long-term personal and business goals.
Robert Hamaoui | Co-Founder
As co founder of MJR Associates, and I bring nearly two decades of international, corporate experience, as well as firsthand experience of life as a foreigner in Europe.
I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I lived for 19 years, then spent several years in Italy before moving to the Czech Republic in 2005. It was in the Czech Republic that I was able to reach my full potential, both professionally and personally.
My corporate career developed entirely in Europe, working with global companies such as Exxon Mobil, Adecco and Amazon and supporting employees and businesses around the world.
Over the last 11 years, my career has been focused on HR and payroll leadership roles. As a leader, I have always cared deeply about my teams, supporting them in making decisions that served their long term development and career goals. Helping people grow, succeed, and make the right choices for themselves has always been central to who I am.
The opportunities I was able to access in Europe would not have been possible without my Italian passport.
Being able to live, work, and build a future in Europe has fundamentally changed what was possible for me and for my family. This personal experience is at the core of why MJR Associates exists.
